NTT DATA’s Open Championship International Hospitality Programme

We were delighted to continue our role as NTT DATA’s exclusive hospitality agency, responsible for delivery of NTT DATA’s International VIP hospitality programme for The Open Championship.

Over the course of the Open Championship week, we looked after over x150 VIP guests from all around world. Our widespread role included amongst other tasks, managing the entire guest invitation & registration process; full guest support services; staffing & branding of the guest hotel in Belfast including the delivery of two exclusive evening events; all transportation planning & logistics; the design & production of all printed materials; and the planning, design, production and delivery of an exclusive double-decker hospitality pavilion, situated on-site at Royal Portrush Golf Club on the 18th fairway.
