We were delighted to return to the Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel this Febraury to continue our work with Mercedes-Benz Vans UK in delivering their Investors’ Conference for 2026, and their Dealer of the Year awards for 2025

Welcoming nearly 200 guests, the multi-day event combined strategic insight, premium hospitality and unforgettable experiences across two iconic venues.

Investors’ Conference 2026

Hosted in the hotel’s elegant ballroom, the Investors’ Conference featured a bespoke stage build, high-impact graphics and seamless production management. Our team led comprehensive pre-event planning and on-site operations, ensuring flawless transitions, precise timing and an engaging environment that reflected the innovation and excellence of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Alongside the main conference, we curated a tailored partner programme, providing travel to Windsor, London and Mercedes-Benz World using a fleet of Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles.

Dealer of the Year Awards 2025 at Eton College

The event culminated in a distinguished awards evening at Eton College, hosted within the historic School Hall.

Guests arrived to a strikingly illuminated setting before enjoying drinks and a piano performance by one of the incredibly talented Eton students. The evening was officially kicked off by another sublime performance, this time by the Eton College String Quartet, setting the tone for the evening ahead. School Hall provided a dramatic and characterful backdrop for the three-course awards dinner, blending heritage surroundings with the excellence and innovation associated with Mercedes-Benz.

The evening was hosted by broadcaster Andrew Cotter, widely recognised for his work with BBC. Following the awards presentation, celebrations continued with live music from Artemis Strings, before guests returned to the Fairmont Windsor Park to conclude a memorable and impactful event.
