Mercedes-Benz Vans Future Strategy Conference & Dealer of the Year Awards

We were thrilled to be awarded this exciting new project with Mercedes-Benz Vans where we planned, managed and delivered both the 2024 Future Strategy Conference and 2023 Dealer of the Year Awards.

Over two days in February, more than 150 guests of Mercedes-Benz Vans were treated to 5-star hospitality, a Strategy Conference at The Grove Hotel before an iconic awards evening at Warner Bros. Studio – The Making of Harry Potter.

Appointed to deliver both pre-event planning and onsite operations, we worked with Mercedes-Benz Vans to create a totally bespoke event package for their guests. When onsite, our team managed and coordinated with venues and suppliers to deliver a Welcome Dinner, build and run the Strategy Conference, display Mercedes-Benz Vans branding, provide a programme for guest partners before delivering the Awards evening.

Guest Arrivals & Welcome Dinner

During guest arrivals, part of the iMedia team fronted a Mercedes-Benz Vans reception desk, engaging with guests and resolving any agenda/hospitality queries or requirements. The guests then came together for the first time at the welcome drinks and dinner where we managed the set up and delivery.

Future Strategy Conference 2024

The conference itself involved multiple spaces – a main stage for opening/closing plenaries and breakout rooms to cover other business topics. We extensively planned the operations of the conference pre-event and coordinated guest movement and timings on the ground during the proceedings, ensuring that the conference ran both on time and to the highest quality

Partner Programme

During the conference, we laid on a complimentary partner programme in which guests were offered axe throwing, archery, and laser clay shooting located in the purpose built activity centre at The Grove Hotel. We also provided a rolling shuttle service to take guests from the hotel to local attractions.

Dealer of the Year Awards 2023

For the evening of the awards themselves, we welcomed guests to The Great Hall at Warner Bros. Studios.

For this magical evening, we coordinated the transfer of guests from hotel to evening venue, before a drinks reception, awards ceremony and dinner hosted by Andrew Cotter. We organised death eaters to storm the proceedings and mix with guests before the winners of the awards were announced. Following the dinner and ceremony, guests revelled in their successes under the infamous dragon in the main hub before heading back to the hotel for their final night at The Grove.
