Mercedes-Benz Vans Conference and Dealer of the Year 2024

After a successful first year of partnership, we were delighted to continue our work alongside Mercedes-Benz Vans to plan, oversee and deliver their Future Strategy Conference for 2025 and their Dealer of the Year awards for 2024.

In March of 2025, we were thrilled to welcome nearly 200 guests of Mercedes-Benz Vans to the Fairmont Hotel, Windsor for an annual strategy conference. Guests were treated to 5-star hospitality throughout their stay and capped off their event with a magical awards evening at Hampton Court Palace.

After a highly successful first year of delivery in 2023, Mercedes-Benz Vans trusted iMedia to once again lead pre-event planning and on-site operations in the creation of a truly special, bespoke event for their guests. Our team worked alongside suppliers and venues to coordinate a welcome dinner at the Fairmont Hotel, Windsor, to build and oversee the running of the Future Strategy Conference and to manage the Hampton Court Palace Awards Dinner.

Guest Arrivals & Welcome Dinner

As part of running on-site operations, some of our team led a Mercedes-Benz Vans welcome desk. Guests were greeted warmly in the beautiful library of the Fairmont Hotel, Windsor, before later coming together for the welcome drinks reception and dinner. Overseen by iMedia, guests were treated to a joyous and warm evening in anticipation of the conference the following day.

Future Strategy Conference 2025

This year’s conference operated in a new format for the event. Making use of the stunning ballroom space at the Fairmont Hotel, Windsor, iMedia coordinated the building of a stage area from which the conference would be conducted. With stunning graphic displays, the space captivated guests attention and offered an excellent platform to lead the conference from. Through extensive planning pre-event, guest movements and conference timings were rehearsed and executed to perfection, facilitating the smooth running of the talks.

Partner Programme

While the conference took place, iMedia planned and offered a complimentary partner program for guests’ partners. Making use of a small fleet of Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles, trips to Windsor and London were run to offer partners the chance to make the most of local attractions and points of interest.

Dealer of the Year Awards 2024

After the conference had concluded, guests and their partners made their way to Hampton Court Palace, where they received a glorious reception to the magnificent palace. Entering through the main gates, the palace facade was lit up for the arrival of guests. They were taken to the Undercroft, the former working cellars of the palace, for a drinks reception before being led on a tour of the buildings by royalty themselves!

Once the tour had concluded, guests entered the Great Hall for a 3-course dinner, organised by iMedia. Andrew Cotter, famous for his commentary of sport on the BBC among other activities, was on hand to host the dinner and awards ceremony. Once dinner was finished, it was back to Undercroft for live music and drinks, before returning to the Fairmont Hotel, Windsor once more to sleep off the revelries of the evening.
