Mercedes-Benz Patrons Day 2025 – Royal Portrush

Mercedes-Benz and their guests enjoyed a once in a lifetime experience playing on The Open course before the Championships. This year, Mercedes-Benz and iMedia organised a very special 2 days for guests at Royal Portrush and the Galgorm Resort.

Mercedes-Benz guests, retailers and ambassadors were treated to a delightful night, with welcome dinner and drinks, at the Galgorm before heading to play the iconic Dunluce Links at Royal Portrush the following day. Guests travelled in style between the hotel and Royal Portrush, in a fleet of Mercedes-Benz vehicles overseen by iMedia.

Upon arrival, guests were treated to a golfing masterclass from none other than back-to-back Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald. After some training tips, Luke saw the guests off on the 1st tee before playing the par-3 13th with each group.

At the end of the round, Luke Donald hosted a Q&A alongside sports commentator Andrew Cotter – where many were curious to know about his upcoming Ryder Cup selections. The event closed out with an awards dinner to celebrate the successes of the day and announce the winners.
