iMedia has been working with Force for Nature to help structure their commercial model to enable them to build their 3 core business pillars of – growing the Ranger Community, Training Rangers, Communicating the Benefits of Rangers to a wider community.
iMedia has created The Network of senior consultants across multi-disciplines including Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, Media, TV, Digital, Events, Licensing, Hospitality, Legal – enabling us to look at problems from multiple viewpoints.
To help Force for Nature we used iMedia’s Braintrust Model – a very time intensive process where we help identify the business’ key problem and in a very structured find solutions to these challenging unsolved problems. iMedia is working with Founder Dr Jamie McCallum through this transformation process for FFN business;
