Appointed by Mercedes-Benz to design, plan and implement both their international hospitality programme ‘Drive to the Major’ and the UK MercedesTrophy tournament.

‘Drive to the Major’ is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Mercedes-Benz customers who have qualified through a straightest drive competition at their countries MercedesTrophy tournament to attend a 6 day programme at The Open golf.

The MercedesTrophy started 30 years ago and now enjoys a worldwide reputation of being the best amateur series. In 2019, over 60,000 customers from over 60 countries played the MercedesTrophy. We have been working with Mercedes-Benz Cars UK to deliver multiple qualifying rounds for their UK MercedesTrophy tournament.

Responsible for the organisation and management of the consumer hospitality packages for England group stage matches in Japan. This involved a comprehensive structures program; including: pre match site visits, flights, delegate packs, accommodation, meals, transfers, activities, game day logistics and planning, staffing, merchandise, administration, post event debrief and evaluation.

Created various 6 Nations hospitality packages for Toshiba UK. Handled all details and logistics including ticket distribution, travel, f&b, guest itineraries, staffing and onsite match day co-ordination.
