NTT DATA and The 150th Open at St Andrews

We are delighted once again to be overseeing the end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA’s sponsorship of ‘The Open’ Championship, especially in this iconic 150th anniversary year.

Working in partnership with The R&A, this year will see the launch of NTT DATA’s revolutionary ‘Digital Twin’ technology on TheOpen.com. We will be creating an exact millimetre perfect digital replica of The Old Course at St Andrews, where we will be able to track and display every shot, on every hole, for every round, from every player in real-time, telling the stories of The Championship in a way never before seen at a golf event.

Alongside this digital first, we will, as usual be designing, producing and managing NTT DATA’s double-decker VIP hospitality suite, home for the week to 400 of NTT DATA’s VIP guests. Guests will be able to enjoy guest-appearances by golf legends, Tom Watson & Gary Player in live Q&A sessions hosted by BBC anchor, Andrew Cotter, as well as champagne receptions and a 3-course dinner hosted by NTT DATA’s global CEO.
